Assessment requests
When you submit a request, Nordensol records the contact details and workflow information you choose to share, including any reviewed brief. We use this to respond to your inquiry. Configured email notifications are handled by Resend. Please include only information you are authorized to share.
Document workspace and Kleo
The included example runs without sending a document to an AI provider. When you choose to analyze your own file, its contents are sent to OpenAI for processing. Kleo messages are also sent to OpenAI when the advisor is connected. The application requests responses without persistent response storage; provider operational retention policies may still apply. Uploaded originals are not written to this application’s file storage.
Your browser
A brief you choose to bring to an assessment is held in this browser tab’s session storage until it is submitted, removed or the browser session ends. You can download the brief without submitting contact details. We record basic feature-use events such as sample completion and brief export to understand which experiences are useful; those events do not include document contents or contact details.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact info@nordensol.com about information you have submitted. Include your request reference when available. Avoid sending sensitive information in the initial message.
